1. Eligibility for Returns
- All returns must be authorized within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be refused.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition/packaging.
- Items that are used, mishandled, or damaged due to improper care are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at order@gardengreen.co.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Once approved, securely pack the product and ship it to the return address provided by our support team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product was received in a damaged or defective condition.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be initiated within 2–3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Depending on your bank/payment provider, the refund may take 3–7 additional working days to reflect in your account.
- Total timeline: Minimum 2 days, Maximum 10 days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items damaged due to customer’s mishandling.
- Products marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
5. Damaged or Wrong Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos or videos.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.
